As one of the premier Real Estate Developers and Investment Companies, Somerset Partners asked us to bring real thinking to their communications. Aside from design work like developing a tasteful and comprehensive website for their flagship 450 Park Avenue building, we created an art installation using over 10.000 balloons to bring attention to their 30,000 square feet of available retail space. We also developed a comprehensive program to introduce a newly rebuilt property in Washington DC using all media available. This lead to numerous long-term leasing contracts in a down market.
